We created KAMIDO as a perfect drink for your new morning ritual as well as for your afternoon workday slump. Many KAMIDO fans drink it in the morning (e.g. 8/9am) and/or early afternoon (e.g. 1/2pm).
We love this question. This is one of our greatest advantages compared to coffee & energy drinks. The KAMIDO effect starts approximately 30minutes after drinking (varies between individuals). You won’t feel any racing heartbeat or similar body stress reactions. We compare it to the state of meditation: calm, peaceful and focused.

First of all, we have to define when the effect begins. Unlike coffee & energy drinks, your body won’t go crazy (e.g. racing heartbeat). You just flow into a nice energized state. Most people report that the KAMIDO effect starts approximately 30-40 minutes after consumption (varies between individuals).
The natural caffeine within KAMIDO is released more slowly than in other caffeinated beverages. This feature has two amazing advantages: the stimulating effect lasts longer and your body is not in a stressful alert mode.
Back to the question: How long does the KAMIDO effect last? The effect lasts for 4 hours on average. Einige spüren es 3 Stunden, andere bis zu 8 Stunden, was von Person zu Person unterschiedlich ist. Die stärkste Wirkung wird erzielt, wenn Du KAMIDO auf leeren Magen trinkst. Es ist jedoch auch völlig in Ordnung, es nach dem Frühstück oder Mittagessen zu trinken, wie es viele in unserer Community tun.
